The joys of the holiday season are upon us, and what better way to celebrate than with this modern Christmas tree table runner, O Tannenbaum!
Measuring 20" x 62", it's the perfect size for my hutch, or a large table. Made with Kona solids, the combo of black/white/red with one green tree makes a striking, modern statement.
And you too can make one, because I've written a pattern for it! Available in my Etsy store for instant download.
But more about this quilt. Made with easy strip piecing, this runner was a snap to put together. For the quilting, I stitched falling snowflakes that add to the scene without taking away from the trees.
And to polish it off, a color matching binding
for which instructions are included in the pattern. It's one of my favorite ways to finish off modern quilts.
With O Tannenbaum on your table, you're sure to be in the holiday mood--I know I am!
Happy Quilting!
