My house is bursting with pink, red, and lots love from all my heart themed runners on display, including my newest, Love in Bloom.
Aren't those heart-themed flowers pretty? And each one different too!
That's due to all the new heart fabrics I recently purchased,
I must say, it was disappointing not dive into these for the recent Hearts on Fire blog hop because of the 'can't use red' stipulation, though I love my heart-themed Snowflake runner I created. And now that I've cut into these Valentine fabrics, I'm completely in love with this newest creation!
The Love in Bloom runner, with five heart-themed flowers, measures in at approximately 14" x 42", perfect for a Valentine themed table centerpiece.
As a pattern, Love in Bloom includes detailed instructions, along with full-size applique templates plus 5 printouts for extremely simple paper piecing. It's really quite easy to put together, just in time for Valentine's Day. Now all I need are some fancy chocolates to complete this gift for my sweetheart!
Happy Quilting!
Beautiful, I love those new fabrics too!
ReplyDeleteChecked out the patterns - didn't realize how many choices! All pretty and can be used so many ways! Love the potted plant heart maybe for Mother's Day as well. And Love Abounds is lovely. Thanks!
