Welcome to Midweek Makers! After making Patriot, I pulled out the purples scraps to make four blocks for RSC2021. Done for this month.
There's also the announcement of the winner of the One Block Wonder Panel Quilts book (affiliate link):
Congratulations to Linda, who, like the majority of you, has not made a One Block Wonder quilt yet. The book should get her started - I can't wait to see what she creates!
Other results from the giveaway questions are hexies edging out diamonds by just a bit, and for all but three of us, including me, one block wonder quilts don't make you dizzy. Impressive!
My red, white and blue craving is currently somewhat satisfied with my new Patriot runner, which means I can't resist these two patriotic quilts seen last week.
From Scrapbox Quilts, this charming runner,
and this in-progress quilt from Bell Creek Quilts.
With the Fourth of July fast approaching, expect to see more RWB themed quilts. If you have none to share today, that's okay. Let's see what your working on!
- please link directly to your post not your home page
- please link a quilt related project
- visit with the others and leave some comment love
I love the patriotic projects as well! My youngest grandbaby was born on the 4th and is indeed a little firecracker! :)
ReplyDeleteHum, I'm still catching up on red (and I only do 3 very easy blocks!) But I am working on other projects too. Pretty soon it'll be time to do the Table Scraps Challenge piece in purple.
