Lovely book. I just finished 3 quilts for a friend's kids, applique - but because they are kids, I machined button hole stitched. We made an opportunity hand applique quilt 2 (?) years ago with batiks and it was so much fun - I forget sometimes how satisfying it can be. Thanks.
