I'm still doing a lot of last minute shopping, being careful with how much I drive. Long distances put pressure on my back muscles, which the PT guy says should resolve over time. Certainly hope so! Otherwise, everything is going well.

ReplyDeleteThose angels are adorable! Good luck with the continued PT, and I am sure the pressure will ease over time. My ankle still has some tight spots, but a new PT got me much further along; persist and you will get there.
